In short: Fashiondle is a free game for fun. Play fairly, don't try to break it, and remember that fashion brand names belong to their owners — we're not affiliated with any of them.

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you play Fashiondle on the web at fashiondle.com or as an Activity inside Discord (together, the "Game"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

2. The Game

Fashiondle is a free word game in which you guess the name of a fashion brand. No account or payment is needed. We may change, update, pause or stop the Game, or any part of it, at any time.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

• attack, overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the Game or the systems it runs on;
• use the Game for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• copy, resell or republish the Game or its content as your own commercial product.

Sharing your daily results with friends is welcome and encouraged.

4. Brand names and trademarks

Fashiondle refers to fashion houses and brands by name purely to identify them in a trivia game. All brand names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Fashiondle is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand mentioned in the Game. The Fashiondle name, logo and artwork are our own.

5. Facts and accuracy

Brand clues and "Did you know?" facts are provided for entertainment and general interest. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or up to date. If you spot an error, please let us know.

6. Playing inside Discord

When you play Fashiondle in Discord, your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Fashiondle is not made or endorsed by Discord.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles data. In short: progress is saved only on your device and we don't collect personal information.

8. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or that your saved progress will never be lost (for example if you clear your browser data).

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, a free entertainment service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
